If it were subject to any kind of modern game adventure game design test, the kind that abhors instant deaths and dead end situations, then KGB would fail spectacularly. If it s storytelling it held to any kind of scrutiny, it is muddy, a little to dense, and filled with entirely too many extraneous details. KGB inhabits a curious paradox - the elements that make it so compelling are the same exact elements that render it borderline unplayable.
